Gone are the days when film making is a business that ran according to the whims and fancies of temperamental producers and directors. The entertainment industry, film and television, is in a way recession-proof. MBA Education loans

Two key changes in the education loan system in the budget 2009 are

  1. Students from economically weaker sections can avail a full interest subsidy during the moratorium period on education loans.The loan is for approved technical or professional courses from recognized institutions and taken from scheduled banks.
  2. Tax deduction is extended to all edu loans.

You must visit the Indian Bank’s association website for all details- course listing for which loans are offered, amounts available and such other things.

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade provides world class education and training in international trade and business, besides being a premier Centre of Research. The Institute, a Deemed University set up by the Department of Commerce, Government of India, invites applications for MBA (IB) Degree programme being offered at Delhi & Kolkata campuses.

To gain an admission into the IIFT, aspirants should clear a Written Test, attend a Group Discussion, write an essay and attend an Interview. Based on the marks of a written tests, a limited number of candidates will be invited for the second phase of the selection process comprising group discussion, essay writing and interviews.

Written Test will be held on SUNDAY 22nd November 2009 during 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 noon.

Seats are reserved for foreign nationals, NRIs and children of NRIs and the admission is considered on the basis of General Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) score of which should not have been declared before 1st January 2008 and should be received by the Institute latest by 31st March 2010.

Candidates can submit application online by visiting IIFT’s website at www.iift.edu and clicking the “ADMISSIONS 2010” icon available on the homepage wherein detailed guidelines are available.
